Overtime, a nightspot outlet for night crawlers with live bands, beers and guest deejays. As the name would have suggested, Overtime wants to gives people a different experience of "overtime" where professionals and white collars spend the night enjoying the company instead of burning midnight oil in office. It has became working class's favorite hang out spot after work.

Their outlets is available basically everywhere in Klang Valley. Available in almost every shopping mall, and especially working areas.



So it was an exclusive invite for a soft launch in OverTime Pavilion, KL outlet, where I get to meet the master brewer of your all time favorite Starker beer, Timothy O’Rourke.



Me & marcky.my was the earliest to arrive so the early birds get to know more and of course the opportunity to take the first knock! :)

And by really friendly I mean... :D



Do you know, to keep your maximum pleasure, Starker guarantees freshness with a strict 7-day shelf-life policy and served straight from the barrel, it is best to be consumed at 3 degree Celsius.

Beer so cool and taste so revitalizing, let the ‘fresh’ experience begin right away!

There are three types of Starker which are Lager, Aromatic and the newly launched Dunkel.



I personally loves Starker Aromatic.
Golden yellow in appearance, a medium bodied beer with fresh fruity hints and herbal aroma. Malty-sweet in taste with apparent citrus notes, leading to a refreshingly clean and crips after taste.

Yumyumz.

Besides the beer, Overtime serve great foodies too! They are especially good in pork dishes I heard. Not so much into pork usually but I ALL dishes I ordered that night was pork besides..

So we had crunchy pork.





Honey Char Siew.



Beancurd pork.



A little bit of triple play, lovin the fried mushrooms.
