Afternoon Tea Party by Palace of Golden Horses and the Night After.

I spend most of my weekend lazing around with friends to kill the blue from past hectic week. I could spend my entire afternoon in coffee shop, sipping a Mojito somewhere, some sunshine by the pool or whatever Garfiled activities you could relate.

Last Saturday, I was invited to join an afternoon tea party in Palace of the Golden Horses; as a token of appreciation of hitting 5000 likes on their Facebook fanpage.

Heard so much about this place since I was a kid and finally stepped my foot in for the first time. 

The hotel is surrounded by lovely green environment and of course, the uniqueness of horse theme used. Though time has definitely leave some flaws to it's beauty. Perhaps they could conduct a serious renovation to keep it well, soon.



However, I certainly had a pleasant afternoon with the bloggers. Met up with the long-time-no-see fellows and many new faces too!

As the party started, a lovely range of pastries were served as finger food. The food prepared in the beginning couldn't accommodate the hunger of every attendees, and gosh! The moment of food disappearing from plate within 30 second, epic!

We've heard how spacious Palace of the Golden Horses, never imagined I would run all around for one of the activities they organized; "Amazing Horses Race". You could probably relate what it possibly is, a bunch of mad ladies running around the entire resort solving the queries to final GOAL. :S

The host of the tea party was extremely friendly. They greeted almost everyone who came to the party and of course, the 'takepica' moment with us.

There is no doubt everyone had fun and enjoy the afternoon tea party. Though the little 'workout' session might caused me a minor muscle ache days after due to my 'long-time-no-sports' lifestyle.


So I rushed home after the tea party ended and get ready for the second party at night;

Taman Pertanian Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam.

It's been so long since I last had a healthy day out. Self-drowning in all the nights with the flow and beautiful night lights that I thought I can find piece of silent inside over there. But it was wrong.

So a day out for cycling with my dearest colleagues which was planned a month ago on Deepavali holiday.
It was a perfect sunny day, shines so well you just couldn't resist to smile and forget everything.

It seems to be really easy at the beginning...



But NO! Can barely make it one after another slope, no choice but get off and start pushing. *hidesmyface*



Breath in the fresh air that no way you can get it in the city, relax maxima!

Trust me, it was really, really, really H.O.T.





2 hours of cycling, chill out, silly stunts and we are totally out.

GO healthy lifestyle! - Taman Botani, Putrajaya

You know how strange the word "sports" meant to me. Not even once that I voluntarily join healthy outing with friends and family. Until recently, a big falls on my health status that I couldn't stay NO anymore, what I used to do. Lame excuses are forced to be hidden.

No shopping mall, oily food nor dessert,
went on a healthy day outing to Taman Botani, Putrajaya.

"Taman Botani Putrajaya,
an oasis of tranquility that brings peoples back to our roots in nature, a place where we can reflect the vital, interdependent relationship that exist between man and the amazing kingdom around us."

Best for a picnic day out, too bad I wasn't prepared.

Mom was right.
The younger generations us never bother to conduct a healthy lifestyle until problem pops up. The folks at home can easily jog 2hours away without resting and gosh, I can barely make it up to 5 minutes. :-q

Finally a healthy outing! - Taman Pertanian, Bukit Cahaya Shah Alam.

Almost every women/girl's daily wishes is to lose a few more kgs on the body, no matter how skinny or gorgeous you think she is, she will never stop insisting that she-is-fat. So do I.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I'm one of those that I've mentioned earlier, in fact I'm belong to the group where peoples telling me to go for diet almost every single day!

Yes, every-single-fucking-day.

So the boyf dragged me out of bed early in a extremely sunny Sunday for some exercise. Whoa, what a word that came from me once in a blue moon!

It was our first time visiting Taman Pertanian in Shah Alam, took us two freaking hours to reach the destination thanks to the smartest GPS in world.

There is this so called "Four season temperature house" where i dislike it to the max! Too much electricity wasting for creating these fake snowing effects to entertain for you less than 5minutes. >:p







Too much cycling and i nearly pass out cause by super duper hot weather in late afternoon :/



Standing under the shades, i looked up.
It inspire me so much, telling me never give up no matter how hard the situation is.

See the bright spot? Light will still come even when the obstacles are trying hard to block it from you, so do the chance.




Cycling session ended after 5 hours there and there are still places we haven't discover.

Just some information for you about Taman Pertanian,

OPERATING HOURS:

8am - 5pm (Tuesday - Sunday) The park is closed every Monday except public and school holidays. For more information, please call +603-5510 6922/5510 7048.

ENTRANCE FEES:

Entrance fees are RM3 (adult) and RM1 (for child up to age 12).
Additional fees to enter the Four Seasons Temperate Garden are RM3 (adult) and RM1 (for child up to age 12). The Four Seasons Temperate Garden is normally closed for a few weeks after each season change, so give the Park a call to find out if it is open before you go.

Bicycle renting cost : first hour RM5 and RM1 for every subsequent hour.

Oh! Another thing, if you're planning to visit the place someday, never make it on Sunday unless you are there like REALLY early. We waited 2 hours just to get our bikes! :|
